Just like in the manga, the main character is an adult version of Boruto Uzumaki. Still, he remains a native of the Konoha village, and the outdoor settings are equally well represented. What differs from this version of the comics is that some images appear more detailed than in the official editions. These include steamy sex scenes between Boruto and Naruto, the women who hold his interest, and other subtle but exciting little extra stories.

While the sexual vibe is present on every page, it’s managed in a hilariously slightly pornographic way. Artists knew how to perfectly regulate the tone necessary to not be overly flashy.
